As a practice owner, I am beyond thrilled to announce the launch of our group therapy services at Thrive Therapy Studio. Our mission at Thrive is to help the whole family thrive, and well, these groups are designed to work towards this goal in serving more of the members of the San Diego community.

Additionally, groups are an amazing way to connect with others who are experiencing the same thing you are. So often, we feel alone in our struggles and challenges even though we are experiencing something that many others experience. We at Thrive want to help those who are struggling feel less alone and connect with others, while also learning valuable skills to help us work through the challenges we are having.
